English Grammar – Present Perfect Tense
This tense is a mixture of past and present. We use the present perfect tense when the action is happened recently, nearby, just a little while ago, or a few days ago.
Rules of Present Perfect Tense
‘has’ is used with singular subjects and ‘have’ is used with plural subjects and also with ‘I’ and ‘You’.Subject + has/ have + V3

मैंने इस पुस्तक को पढ़ा है। | I have read this book. |
मैंने उसकी अनुमति ली है। | I have taken his permission. |
तुम अब माँ बन गई हो। | You have become a mother now. |
कीमतें फिर बढ़ गई हैं। | Prices have risen again. |
उसे बुखार आ गया है। | She has got a fever. |
पिछले दरवाजे के कुत्ते ने उसे काट लिया है। | Last door’s dog has bitten him. |
हम 1989 से इस घर में रहते हैं। | We have lived in this house since 1989. |
उन्होंने तीन घंटे तक पढ़ाई की है। | He has studied for three hours. |
हम दस साल से एक-दूसरे को जानते हैं। | We have known each other for ten years. |
उसने अपना कमरा धो दिया है। | She has washed her room. |
गीता अपना बैग खो चुकी है। | Gita has lost her bag. |
मुझे अपना पाठ याद आ गया। | I have remembered my lesson. |
